Kasmally holds an Honors Degree in Public Relations and History from the University of Namibia and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Law degree at the same institution.
With over seven (7) years of experience in the media industry, she has served as a radio presenter at Omulunga Radio and worked as a Public Relations Practitioner for various organizations, including the Eenghoshi Bikers Club and Community Empowerment and Development Association (CEDA).
She has been involved in various social initiatives, such as the Postpartum Depression Awareness Campaign for Young Mothers, Project Twaloloka/Otweya supporting fire victims in Walvis Bay, and projects advocating for female inmates’ human rights, as well as CEDA’s social housing. Her expertise lies in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and utilizing both traditional and digital media to make communities feel heard.
She joins the rest of the Project Never Walk Alone team on a pro bono basis and we welcome her as we journey towards achieving our bold vision of a shoe for every child not just in Namibia but in Africa.
