Elisabeth Massamba holds a Masters of Arts in English studies, an honours degree in Public Relations and English studies and a diploma in Public Relations from the University of Namibia. In addition she also holds a certificate in Project Management from the University of Capetown.

She has extensive experience in strategic planning, goal setting, budgeting, negotiation, event staffing, and running any event.

Massamba is good at leading and working as a team to produce results that promote the image, mission and objectives of the organization. Additionally, she has shown to be a time management expert, capable of completing tasks without daily guidance or intervention.
